  We had our floors replaced in August of 2024. The sales guy promised this floor would be amazing for our 3 dogs. We spent a month trying to get them to come back out here due to the shotty job such as ripping a closet door off of the hinge and drywall during removal (many other mistakes were made). 8 months later we contacted them bc we had many places the floor was messing up but were only asking for two big areas to be fixed. The guy told me that one spot was a warranty issue with the manufacturer and he would be in touch if they were willing to fix it. That was 7 months ago and now apparently they won’t fix anything over a year. If you so much as drop a shoe on our floor this stuff gets messed up. It’s May of 2026 and we still can’t get anyone to call us back after they came and looked at the one spot last month. We are even supplying the material to fix it with our left over flooring. Once they get your money, it’s doesn’t matter what your warranty is, they will ignore you. The spots in the pics are all over my home.

  Couldn't be happier with the tile job of my back patio. From start to finish they made it stress free. Eric helped me find the exact tile I was looking for and installer Kyle is phenomenal! The finished look is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Greer Flooring is the place to go for all your flooring needs!

  We had a good experience with Greer Flooring many years ago and knew they have consistently had a good reputation for quality products and work. Those factors contributed to choosing to work with them again. We replaced a variety of flooring with Shaw LVP in our kitchen, laundry room, halls, and three bedrooms. Matthew Mrus was great to work with from beginning to end and handled some unexpected wrinkles well. Juan and Ester and their crew were knowledgeable, skilled, and professional in getting the project done. I have already recommended Greer Flooring to some family and friends.

  Smooth process from the sales floor to in our home. Matthew, Miguel, Mauricio and their teams did everything to ensure we were happy with the final product. Would highly recommend Greer Flooring for your floors! They also refinished our stairs to match closer to the flooring we chose. We went with Momentum by TrueTouch in Truffle. No issues so far with the product!

  Greer Flooring has completed several flooring projects for us and every experience has been excellent. The biggest project was the engineered hardwood floor they installed in our den, and the finished result is absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall quality of the work exceeded our expectations. Beyond the final product, they also provide incredible customer service and professionalism. They are responsive, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and clearly take pride in doing the job the right way. Their pricing is also incredibly fair, especially considering the level of quality and service they provide. We would highly recommend Greer Flooring to anyone looking for flooring work!
