He let me know the exact condition and what was needed to keep things running in top condition. He didn't waste my time trying to up-sell me on anything, which I truly appreciate. If it's possible to request a specific technician from Waldrop, he's the guy you want.
- TRTeri Rigsby4 days ago5.0Sloan did a great job of repairing our air conditioner. We did have to wait 4 days for the part he needed to come in. Thank goodness we had 2 units and one was still working.
- CBCleveland Beaufort4 days ago5.0Sloan came out today and performed my semi-annual HVAC inspection. He was on time and very professional. After his inspection, he recommended a couple of additional services. I elected to have my condenser unit cleaned and drain line flushed.
