  Our water heater busted the night before. After spending about four hours cleaning everything up, we allowed things to dry. We contacted Benjamin Franklin first thing in the morning, and they had a technician on site by 10:30. By 3 o'clock, we had a new water heater installed. Great service, five-star rating. I would absolutely recommend using them for their service.
