  Drew the technician for Higgings Htg and Cooling spent a lot of time today looking for why my ac system was not working properly. What he found was on me. Something caused the crossover duct to come down so the front half of the house was not putting out much air. He checked everything else and found the unit I bought was working as it should. He did a great job and he keeps that up he’ll have a great future in his field of work.

He was very thorough, identified the problems and explained the fix actions. He was very polite and professional, how customer service is supposed to be!!!   I am a Contractor and home builder here in Abbeville County and I’ve very pleased with how Higgins runs their business. I have used them for multiple AC repairs now because the quality of their team is unmatched as far as I’m concerned. The Technicians that came out to help me were very good at what they do. They were informative and happy to communicate with me every step of the way. Their Technician, Dalton Hawkins has helped me with every major issue on our multi home property. It’s been incredible to work with him and I highly recommend using them for any of your Heating/cooling needs.
