  Ryan of Tuck & Howell went above and beyond to take care of my plumbing needs - diagnosed a leak, replaced a kitchen faucet, garbage disposal and flushed my hot water heater. I would definitely recommend both Ryan and Tuck and Howell for plumbing. Happy Customer!

  I called this company to evaluate the unit that I had put in about 30 days ago.\n By the time they left, they had given me an estimate for $3800. I called another company for their evaluation. And they told me that was all Ridiculous and not necessary.\n Stay far far away from this company.\n Find someone else anyone else.

  Connor, the technician and Joey, his field supervisor were great! They were very professional when they arrived, making sure I knew who they were before I let them in my house and they were also friendly, easy to talk to, and accepting of my cats, who ended up hiding the whole time. I had a handful of issues with my system due to its age, and the guys showed me photos of what they found and explained what was going on in terms I understood completely. I highly recommend Tucker & Howell, and these 2 employees specifically, if you have any heating/cooling needs!

  Connor came out to inspect issues with the A/C and reported mold within the system, which the previous inspectors did not. He gave us his honest opinion with several options at different price points on how to deal with the issue. Because of his honesty and professionalism we decided to go forth with the repairs along with the maintenance plan.

  We had a couple of issues, and then the 21 point inspection found some problems we didn’t know about. We were given an estimate and accepted it. The work was completed within a week. Future damages and problems were averted by being proactive now. Each plumbing technician was knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and friendly. Several neighbors had recommended Tuck & Howell, and I will recommend them, too.
