  Preston did my summer maintenance today and he was super. He explained what he tested and the results. I had a few questions and he was able to answer them which cleared up a confusion I had about my thermostat. He is a keeper and kudos to him and Sanders!

  Victor B. came to evaluate the HVAC system in my home. He was not only knowledgeable and thorough, but also kind and eager to explain things to me. Victor even gave me a tutorial on thermostats! As a recent widow whose husband took care of everything for forty years, Victor's help was of great value to me.

  Think twice before hiring this company I paid 16,500 for the top of the line TRANE heat pump package, was supposed to have metal cross over ducts installed to protect our new TRANE we were charged for it but they were never installed, we found out after several months after going under to the crawl space they never told us about it and didn’t plan on it after many emails with them they offered to come back out and add those, to late our trust was totally lost in them, we decided on this company by the high BBB ratings they had and the positive reviews, the management never offered and apology or anything, that acted like they were angry with us for finding out and complaining about it management is not appreciate of there customers, they after many emails to them agreed to send us 600.00 that refund meant nothing to us after the disrespect we got after spending so much money with them they do not hold up to there claim of being honest, they should have right away said oh no we didn’t install the metal cross overs you were charged for and trusted us to install, no we had to find out and we were shocked we were lied to.we didn’t mind the 16, 500 because we wanted the best duct work for the expensive TRANE.

  Sanders team of three showed up early and did a great job replacing our two AC units on 8/20/26. We couldn’t beat the price and the installation team answered all our questions and cleaned up well. Highly recommended and we’ll be using them again in the future! 8/22/26 Update: The first floor unit stopped working due to a backed up drain. Josh G. came out promptly and thoroughly diagnosed the issue. The drain line in the attic was sagging and didn’t have the proper slope. He was able to quickly rehang and permanently correct the issue and ensured both units were fully operational. Exceptional technician, we’d give him ten stars review if possible!

  Victor was great! Erik was very professional and helpful in explaining our new system. Can’t thank him enough. Alex was is a master installer and technician. David was thorough in putting the finishing touches on the system, explaining what to look for and the best ways to service in the future. Also, Cindy coordinated all with the best attitude and response time.
