  RR responses to our needs right away. Dakota arrived assessed the situation and provided us with several problem solving solutions. He took the time to research past RR provided services and spoke to the last tech that came out for background info. Dakota provided superb customer service. He fixed something by himself that I thought would have taken more manpower . Dakota presents himself well, is courteous, and not pushy or argumentative. Our issue was solved and upgraded for easier accessibility in the future. RR earned our business several years ago and folks like Dakota are why we keep returning.

  Travis and his crew did a great job repairing our outdoor lines. They kept us updated on when the water would be on and off.

  Today, we were terminated due to multiple errors not on our behalf. Several months ago we were told we needed a “well pump”. We actually needed a 125.00 switch. We were cornered today to spend almost 300.00 AGAIN that could not be warranted (the work itself not even for a day) Such a huge turn around of plumbers, disrespectful business, we always paid our bill, yet expected professionalism, quality work. Consumers can’t continue to “hand out money” then when their workmanship fails, this company expects silence. Job quality questioned. Terminate customers because trust has been broken when it’s their errors. With dripping water on their cabinets? We feel disrespected and abused really. What company comes in a home, says unless you purchased a “filtration system” we can’t work here or repair here. There is so much more ……I could write. Graham is the most smug, rude, disrespectful, manager I have ever met. Maybe they don’t like Veterans. Consumer Affairs will be notified. We requested our work history. Graham came here, requested amount with no warranty, making us feel extremely uncomfortable. This is not disgracing or slandering Roto Rooter. This is from a history of insufficient work. Traumatized in fact. We went with a reputable company hours later, membership included, work performed, with ONE YEAR warranty & maintenance plan. Still am seeking info on how we were treated this entire 6 year relationship. If repairs would have been completed correctly, there would have never been a complaint. Honestly, maybe this was best for myself & my husband. 50% of completion accuracy isn’t quality. We wish them well! Thanks. To KAS. John & I were refused service by Roto Rooter. However, when Graham asked to repair a line “without a warranty”, and left us with water dripping? It was the first thing on our mind anyways. We received an extremely rude “goodbye” Roto Rooter indicating that “we were the reason”. It’s fine to move forward. I’m traumatized by it all anyways. It’s been a situation. Take care.

  Donnie and Adam were super professional and did a great job making the necessary repairs to our main water line, including having to remove a large shrub. They were transparent throughout. Would 100% have them back for any future plumbing needs.

  Just wanted to give a shout out to Roto Rooter and their technician Dalton. I came home Tuesday evening to one of my outdoor faucets gushing water like a waterfall. It was 9pm so we shut off the water at the meter and waited til morning. I called three other companies and couldn’t get a tech for at least 2 days. I interacted with the AI assistant on Roto Rooter website and was connected with Allie to set a time. Being that it was last minute, I was fine with anything. She worked me in as they moved closer to my area and assured me a technician would be there before close of business. I never had to call back, as different techs throughout the day sent me messages making known their location to keep me reassured. Around 2:00pm I received a message with a photo of the tech and a brief bio and an ETA. When he arrived, he was very polite and professional and went straight to work after assessing the problem. He was able to work with my existing faucet and was done in under an hour with just a couple of additional parts. Thanks to everyone for keeping me in the loop throughout the day and for sending a knowledgeable technician to eliminate the problem.
