  Matt, Levi, and Junior from RestoPros helped to demo my master shower and treat some water damage that was found around the drain in the floor. They were very efficient in their work inside the bathroom and crawlspace, finishing within two hours. Matt clearly explained the whole process and the equipment that was left for drying out the area. We know that we can reach out to them if anything arises. It was our first time needing services like this for our home, so my nerves were eased with their assistance and professionalism.

  I had an excellent experience with Austin at RestoPros. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his inspection. He took the time to explain the source of the damage, what needed to be done, and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand.   Thank you very much for your quick response! I cannot convey enough how polite and friendly the guys at RestoPros of The Upstate are. Everyone I spoke with was very professional. They knew how to explain things at a basic level for me to understand and it was obvious these folks know what they are talking about, from a technical perspective. Thank you to Dylan, Matt, Levi and Junior for staying in touch with me each day. Matt and Levi covered up their walking path with plastic to protect the inside of the house as they went in and out carrying different machinery. So there was no leftover mess or remnants after the demolition of the tile. Very courteous and knowledgeable folks. I wholeheartedly recommend this company!! Thank you!
