  Corey was exceptional to work with. He quickly identified the issue with our air system and ensured everything was functioning properly before he left. He also took the time to clearly explain the problem and walk us through the solution he implemented, making sure we fully understood the repair. His professionalism, expertise, and excellent communication were greatly appreciated.

  I’ve had these folks out for 3 separate services in the last 8 months: once for plumbing (sink install) and twice for HVAC repair (I have 2 units). I have been happy with their attentiveness and service. I especially appreciate the text w photo of the technician that will be arriving.

  I would not recommend this company for the elderly. While we have no complaints with the work that was done, the pricing is exorbitant for the work performed. My parents had a fluorescent light fixture in a closet that required replacement. My Dad had removed it already and had the replacement, so the work was just to attach the wires and mount it. The charge was $343 and the repairman was there for exactly 1 hour (I have this on camera). My Mom placed a call to the company and asked to speak to the owner, but has yet to receive a return call. This job should’ve been a couple a hundred dollars max. Also, just for reference they quote a $59.50 diagnostic/discharge fee that’s removed from the bill if they’re hired (so our bill before this was removed was $404). They price per job. There is no minimum and they don’t have an hourly rate. We will not use nor refer this company for any work in the future. **Update: turns out my Dad wrote the check for the larger amount in error. My mom has made 2 calls requesting to speak to a manager/owner and was told the call would be returned, but this has yet to happen.***

  I have been a Preferred customer for nearly 5 years. I have been continually impressed by the company and their technicians. Overall, the company has shown themselves to be professional, trustworthy, and kind. They are responsive for appointments and flexible with unforeseen cancellations. I wrote the company today about an issue from my last visit and Shannon called me within (literally) 5 minutes. She thanked me for taking her call, thanked me for helping them become a better company, and was generous with my request. These people are legit and they are doing things the right way!

  I live 800 miles away from the duplex being serviced so it's very important to have a good relationship with the company so one feels confident of the work being done. I have used Preferred twice & was lucky to get Jonathan both times. I cannot say enough accolades for Jonathan and the entire Preferred team. I would not hesitate recommending this Company.
