BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Stanley Martin Homes is the worst of the worst. Not sure who they paid to write 5 star reviews for them, because they are the furthest thing from that. We have been here since the beginning and it has only gotten worse. 5 years in and they still haven’t finished the neighborhood. The parking is atrocious. Cars parked everywhere, you have to tear up your grass to get into your driveway. The landscaping that they pay $100k a year for is awful. The property management group we are under MJS Inc out of Columbia, SC threatens clients when they complain about things not being done that we pay for. There is an imaginary board that no one at Stanley Martin admits they are on, and refuse to give you contacts. Paul Gray is the VP of land development, and has been unable to find a suitable company to do anything right or on time. Poop stations are not taken care of, and MJS INC refuses to cooperate with our needs. The list goes on and on and on. Stanley Martin does not care about their clients, their poorly built houses, or anything else except money. Greedy greedy people and if zero stars was an option they would get that. Not a single employee over the course of 5 years has taken responsibility, accountability, or apologized for any of their failures.

Constant problems with the home builders. Had a home where the builder clogged the washing drain line with a water bottle stuffed into the drain line. Caused the 2nd level to flood. Builder said it was the plumber who did it. If the builder knows this maybe they need to have new plumbers installing that will not sabotage the home. Stainley Martin is the worst when it comes to other builders.

My client and I have been very pleased with the incredible service we’ve received. Jason Barron and James Ellis showed great attention to detail as we did the pre dry wall walkthrough today. They were attentive to our questions and took time explaining details. Thank Jason and James!
