  i love gateway supply i go there almost every day and the workers are always exceptionally nice and incredibly helpful and they even gave me a free hat and it’s a good hat it’s not just like one of those crappy courtesy hats some companies give out it’s like the kind you find that seems way overpriced till you try it on and you realize you’d bust a fortune for this hat and they gave it to me for free the hat is so nice i wear it everywhere now. so far i wore the hat to three weddings and one court hearing when i had jury duty till they made me take it off i love that hat and i love the people at gateway the supplies are always premium grade amazing people and products you can trust

  My general contractor likes Gateway because they have a nice show room. However, having done a full kitchen remodel and two bathroom remodels in the last 12 months, we will never use Gateway again. Their ability to fulfill orders on time is non existent. I could find the same items, order it from the manufacturer online and have it shipped directly to my house for the same price or less as Gateway. Somehow Gateway couldn’t order anything on time. They repeatedly didn’t have items by the date they said they would when the order was placed. What a nightmare for the plumbers and contractors arranging their schedules to install things based on when Gateway said they would arrive. Repeatedly delayed my project. Edit: just read the other one star reviews. EXACTLY on point. Looks like nothing has changed on the last few years.
