  I had a great experience working with John at Floors in Greenville! From the moment we started, he made the whole process easy and stress-free. He helped us pick the perfect flooring for our space, walked us through all the options, and made sure the project was completed on time and on budget. John genuinely cares about his customers and it shows. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re looking for new floors!

  Simply phenomenal customer service! Tim, Tyler, and Patrick were so patient and helpful with me when deciding what flooring to purchase for my new patio enclosure.   They did a Amazing job from the start to the finish I could not believe how great my house look when you walk in we ask 3 other places to give. Us a price and one company came and very high price the other don’t show up but floors came and got it done here are some pictures

Por eso, actualizo mi reseña con una calificación positiva, ya que finalmente cumplieron y quedamos muy satisfechos I initially had a negative experience with customer service, which led me to leave a poor review. However, after that, the general manager reached out, took immediate action, and within less than 24 hours, everything was resolved. I now have the flooring I wanted, it looks great, and I truly appreciate how they acted to fix the issue. For that reason, I am updating my review with a positive rating, as they ultimately delivered, and I am now very satisfied.
