  We had an amazing experience with Floor Boys in Greenville! They completely transformed our home and gave it a whole new look and we honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From the very beginning, we were given the time to walk my husband and I through all of our options and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Bobby was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer our questions. His communication throughout the entire process was outstanding, and we always knew what to expect. What really stood out to us was that they’re a family-owned business. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt like more than just another customer. They genuinely cared about making sure we were happy, and that personal touch meant so much. The quality of the work is incredible, and our home feels brand new because of it. We would recommend Floor Boys to anyone looking for beautiful flooring and a company that truly puts their customers first. Thank you, Bobby and the entire Floor Boys team!

  We are so pleased with the service of Floor Boys on a recent hardwood to slab installation! We had an excellent experience from start to finish: quick quote, a patient and non-pushy timeframe to pick product, accommodating schedule, and quality craftsmanship of installation. Every question and small request was quickly answered and honored.

  If you think about it, your flooring is the biggest piece of furniture you will buy. The only choice to insure quality products, 5 star professional account managers with years of experience in design, product knowledge and customer service second to none is Floor Boys Greenville SC. My family did and we are extremely satisfied from the first step of choosing our floor to the last step of installation. I highly recommend Floor Boys Greenville SC! You will not be disappointed!

  From the very beginning through installation, I got great service and great carpet from Floor Boys! I love this is a SC based company run by a local family. The quote was scheduled within 12 hours of me calling and Allen came to the house the next day to let me see samples in the lighting of my home. He was very knowledgeable and educated me on the various types of wall to wall carpet. He knew the various manufacturers and the pros and cons of each, but he did it in a way that there was no high pressure sales. (Their competitor just laid out the samples and told me gray carpet was out - duh 😜) He ordered additional samples for me because I needed more time to make a decision. I went to their show room which was a pretty convenient location because I wasn’t sure about the color I chose and Allen and his wife spent enough time with me and sent yet another batch of samples so I could see them in my house. (I ended up going with the original color I liked- that’s a me problem not a Floor Boys problem). My point is they were very patient and wanted to make sure I was confident in my decision. The carpet was ordered quickly and installation was scheduled once Justin made sure the carpet met their expectations from the factory. The installers Alex and Philipe were kind, courteous and pleasant to be around while they were working. They left the house cleaner than when they got here. Their prices are competitive too! Highly recommend them. I will call them again for my wood flooring next :)
