We compared prices and Ferguson was very reasonable. Going back next week to get help with my confusing upgrades.

We walked in and weren’t even greeted - despite every other person who came though the door being greeted and asked if they needed assistance. I thought it may have been a fluke so we circled the store twice. I had 3 separate lists of items (2 pages each) needed so it was going to be a fruitful visit for them. No one spoke to us as we we made our way around the showroom, so I went back to the front to ask for assistance. I was told, ”I can’t help you. I can’t show you around or help with your lists.” I proceeded to explain that the lists were sent by my builder, he recommended and had a relationship with Fergusons, I just needed help seeing my options for selections. He answered, “I can’t help you.” I asked if someone else could since I have to finalize these choices in the upcoming weeks, and he curtly said, “I’m the only one working.” We turned around to leave and there were at least 2 other sales associates behind the counter checking someone out and another helping the older couple who came in behind us - showing them faucet selections. Let me add that I had called on Friday to make an appointment to come in on Saturday with the lists and get that information finalized and sent to my builder. I was told they didn’t do appointments on Saturday, but they were open 10-2pm, so I was more than welcome to come in for assistance.Needless to say, this wasn’t the case. I don’t live in Greenville but was making the trip specifically on the recommendation of my builder. Wasted trip.
