  My builder was right. He said Sharon was the best! She has been absolutely wonderful to work with! She is so knowledgeable and has a great eye for design. She is accommodating even when her clients change directions on her. When you are with her you have 100% of her mindshare. She is truly customer focused. Than you, Sharon!

  This is the place to go for any tile project. The selection is second to none. If you have even the slightest idea of what you want, they will probably have 10-15 options to match it. I tiled my bathroom completely with one tile from Clayton and it turned out amazing. They sell directly to customers so you do not need an installer or a contractor if you want to DIY. The quality of tile throughout the store is noticeably higher than the big box stores and this especially shows during the installation. With such a large selection, it is easy to find something within a wide range of budgets. I do wish the staff would approach customers and not just sit at the desks waiting for a customer to ask for help like I have had to do throughout multiple trips here. All in all, skip the low quality overpriced builder grade tile at the big box stores and buy here.

  We have a small space in our kitchen where we want tile, so we paid a visit to Clayton tile. Two ladies were assisting customers, and we were told to look around and someone would check on us. After waiting approximately 45 minutes, no one came to help us or check on us. I realize people get busy, but at least acknowledge us. This is unacceptable. We went to another tile store where we received great help and there was a better selection of products. We have purchased tile from Clayton Tile in the past, but we won’t be back. Neither will we recommend this business. Big mistake .

  My wife and I had an appointment at Clayton Tile today with Susan and the experience was absolutely wonderful. We are remodeling our bathrooms later this year and the thought of selecting all the tile was daunting. But Susan was very attentive to our thoughts and concerns and our initial thoughts. She patiently guided us through the vast selection of options and styles in the Woodruff Road location and remarkably, we finished selecting all of our tiles in less than 2 hours. I was very surprised, but the final selections are going to be perfect for our home. We appreciate the quality and quantity of the tile selections, but the personal touch we received from Susan was the biggest comfort factor. Thank you, Clayton and Susan, for helping us secure this important part of our overall project. We can't wait to get the project started and see the final result.
