  Punctual, but horrible pricing structure that is not clearly communicated between office and field tech. Confirmation call after my online booking was received, I was told one rate for a mobilization fee. That fee was then doubled by the field tech, “That is for each unit”. Other diagnostic fees were misquoted from conversing with both office and field personnel. Overall, the company seem untrustworthy because they don’t communicate clearly.

  Dave told me he would be at our house at 8:00 am the next morning and it was right on the button. He was very good natured and explained everything on my new water heater installation. I was very happy that the office called back shortly after my initial phone call and took care of my water heater problem in an extremely timely manner. I was very happy with the service and I will remember Carolina Heating and Cooling for my future service needs.👍

  We had JR come out to inspect our home units. He quickly determined that one unit had been repaired in the past and it was not a candidate for future repairs. He was extremely honest and knowledgable. Very friendly. We decided to get all new units. JR then made a phone call and had Ennis stop by the house. Ennis was just friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. He provided us with several options. We will be contacting you shortly to set up a date and time for the new units.

  What a great company! I have been doing an extreme makeover on my backyard for a whole year now. Carolina Heating services has been the most professional of the contractors that I’ve had out here. It was the easiest thing I’ve had to do yet. They handled everything including permitting and inspections. The whole team was employees. I never saw any contractors and everyone of them worked in sync with the others to provide an excellent installation. It only took them one day to complete the installation.It was just a wonderful experience. I would recommend them for anyone looking to have a generator installed.

  I called and set up an appointment to have my AC units checked for routine maintenance. The appointment was set up for a Friday between 2-4 pm. Friday came and 4pm came with no one showing up so I called to find out where they were. I was told my appointment had been cancelled. When I asked who cancelled it. I was told that they had overbooked that day and the "girl" had tried to call me but couldn't get me so she just cancelled the appointment. I have a cell phone that is close to me at all times and I answer calls except those identified as "spam". She could have texted me or sent me an email to inform me that they weren't coming but she didn't choose to do this, so I was expecting a repair person to show up. After I had called originally to set up the maintenance, I found out that one of my AC units was not working so when I called to find out where their man was, I asked that someone be sent out. Carolina sent a repairman who arrived at 6:30 that evening and made repairs. When I asked if he was going to check out the second unit, he said no, that this was an after hours extra-cost emergency repair and that I would have to call back and set up a second maintenance check for BOTH units. Not a great way to run a business if you want repeat customers.
