  Brought this company out for a complete system evaluation. The guy was here for only about 45 minutes. He tried to up sale us on something, that after getting a second opinion, I don’t believe was needed. He wrote up a very technical report that was difficult for a non hvac tech to understand. I called the main company number and was told that he would call me back. He never did. He also smelled like cigarettes so strongly that the smell lingered in the house. I could not recommend this company.

  Biggest joke ever. I’m so thankful to have Ellis Heating and Air Professionals, LLC serving my HVAC system now. Best I’ve ever had. He is correcting the half done job that CCC did on my system. CCC almost ruined it. ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ Whatever you do, don’t ever sign up for help with CCC. Ever.

  Matt McCall came exactly when they said he would - it was an emergency call on a Saturday AND he drove from Anderson (his last call) we are in the Chesnee area - we really appreciated his time on such a hot miserable day he was super professional showed me the part that was bad and gave me advice, tips and reasons as to why the part went bad We did wind up going with the upgraded part because it just made sense And we will be going with the advice that he gave We have been with these guys for over three years now and we’ve been super happy with everything they do

  Triston plumber arrived on schedule in an immaculate van conducted a thorough inspection of the entire plumbing system explaining how each item should work and typical life expectancy. He identified 6 issues and suggested improvements, to include an estimate on the scene. Parts were obtained and installed the following day. The job site was left in immaculate condition and all items replaced. He was very patient while being interrupted by a rambunctious puppy

  My AC was not working. Ray V. from CCC came out and checked it out. Unit was 20 years old, he was honest and informed me he could replace parts needed, or the best option was to replace the HVAC unit, because of the age of the unit. Nice to have options. I chose to replace the units. After getting a quote from Chris from CCC, we had the new system installed. Troy and his partner from CCC did an excellent job removing the old system and installing the new system. Nice work, very professional, very happy with the outcome.
