- ILivey league5 days ago1.0I went in yesterday to pick up a large order of pressure-treated lumber for a deck build. When I approached the desk, the representative, Stephanie, completely ignored me while she scrolled on her phone. When she finally decided to acknowledge me, she was incredibly short and acted like my questions about delivery options were a massive inconvenience to her day. She gave me zero helpful information, refused to check if a specific dimension was in stock, and had a terrible attitude from start to finish. A lumber yard relies on contractor and DIY business, but with customer service like Stephanie's, I will gladly take my business to a competitor. Avoid dealing with her if you can.
