  I can't say enough about my experience with buying in this community, but more specifically, working with Megan McCutchen, the onsite rep! She has made this process so smooth and seamless. Even when lending threw a few curves for us, she was there advocating for my family's best interest, while also keeping her professional composure and fiduciary duties intact, towing the line for the builder. Although, in this transaction, I'm a consumer like most, in my growing career as a real estate agent myself, she has stood out over most new construction agents I brought buyers to, and I wouldn't work with another agent when it comes to the current buyer I brought to the table...Me! Im moving from another Stanley Martin community to get closer to my kids schools and got excited to see this one open up.
