  Im only doing this review due to that fact that Stanley Martin bought out Camellia Park of Great Southern Homes. They have brought back Robert who was the project manager of SH. He is the most helpful and patient guy you can ask for when going through your home.Firtst time home buyer here and I was just all over the place. He made our family feel comfortable and understood what we needed. He responds to all calls even if you've closed 6 months ago; he still takes the time to help. They have a really good hearted and productive person on their team. The neighbors love him and we all appreciate his help. If they keep people like Robert that serves Thomson Ga, they will have plenty of happy customers from all walks of life. Thank you Robert for all you've done and continue to do. Wish you well in your future!

  If you’re considering buying from Stanley Martin, I strongly recommend exhausting all other options first. We built our home with them in 2021 and are still dealing with ongoing issues. Multiple neighbors have had entire bathroom mirrors fall off the wall due to improper installation, and all sidewalks in our neighborhood were poured at an incorrect slope. Despite numerous reports of mirrors detaching, Stanley Martin has refused to send anyone out to properly reinstall them, creating a serious safety concern. In addition, when the city required the sidewalks to be redone, the work resulted in steep driveway transitions that now prevent many residents from being able to access their garages. Overall, the workmanship and follow-through have been extremely disappointing, and these unresolved issues continue to impact safety, property usability, and quality of life for homeowners.

  Debra DeSena, Megan Starnes and Bryan England were awesome as we worked to close a home on Gervais for one of my clients. Very responsive and did a great job updating us as the agent and the client as well. It is always awesome when you're representing a client and the builder treats you like a partner in the process.   Our first time buying or building and let me say we had a wonderful experience. The team was always transparent and did all that we asked and answered any questions we had. The workmanship is great on our home and we are very happy in the neighborhood and can't wait to see how it grows and matures. Overall great experience working with Stanley Martin and the Construction team at Bridgeport Commons.
