  We had a hole in a kitchen pipe and cause a leak and water damage. BFP was out same day called and located the problem, helped me get in touch with a contractor for repairs and then back to fix the pipe once they had access. Very good work!

  Vincent was amazing! Very knowledgeable. Great attention to detail and went above and beyond to show us everything so we could be more educated on what he did. He also took the time to show us what to look for incase we have issues moving forward. Highly recommend.

  I had a toilet replaced and the first Technician (David) arrived in a pickup truck to do the installation of the new toilet I had purchased. He had the work completed, initially, in less than an hour and told me he had to wait for Vincent to bring him some rubber shims since the toilet did not sit flat on the floor. Vincent arrived and discovered that the wax seal that David had installed was not the correct one, so the new toilet had to be removed so the proper seal could be used. I was told that the company did not send David to my home with a box truck (as they should have) which would have had all the necessary parts to do the job correctly because there were not enough box trucks available this day. The reason there were not enough box trucks was because nearly all of the plumbers were on an annual deer hunting trip!!!! Both David and Vincent were courteous, polite and professional and I would have given a 5- star rating if not for this lack of good company management and coordination of employees and equipment. However, Vincent saved the day by correcting the problem and helping to get the toilet installed correctly, so I would give him 5 stars. I have used Benjamin Franklin plumbing for all my major repair jobs and never had a problem like this before. Perhaps they just need to limit the number of plumbers that go deer hunting at the same time and remember that the customer always comes first!

  We called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to give us advice regarding questions we had on a house we just purchased. Sam was very thorough and knowledgeable regarding our questions. Because of his knowledge and the explanations he gave, we have a better understanding and peace about our next steps. This is the 2nd time that we have called BFP, and I will definitely use them for any of my plumbing needs.

  Hallam was great!! He was transparent, efficient, and professional. He got to our house within an hour of us requesting urgent after hours servicing. I didn’t realize it would be raining, but he continued to work, even in the rain. We are so thankful to him for his professionalism & helping us prevent an urgent issue from becoming a full-blown disaster. Thank you Hallam! Also Kendra, the operator was so calming & helpful when I admittedly called a bit frantically needing assistance. She was polite and efficient, and had someone en route to us in under 30 minutes
