  Outstanding experience from start to finish. At the showroom, Ms. Laura walked us through the different types of flooring, explaining the pros and cons of each with a wonderful attitude and an engaging personality. John came to our home to take measurements, and he was professional, personable, and polite — a true pleasure to work with. The installation team was just as impressive. They were careful with everything they touched and took the time to explain how to care for each type of flooring. Their attention to detail and respect for our home stood out. Mr. John, Ms. Laura, and the installers are true professionals in every sense of the word. This is a great team, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

  I would steer clear of this company for your flooring needs! Yes, they will give you the best quote and quick turnaround however within a few years, you will be paying triple the cost to replace your floors and correct everything that should have been done the first time!The first year, while you have an installation warranty, they will come out and band aid the gaps in your floor and cracked planks that you shouldn’t even have if it was done correctly in the first place.After that, they will start charging you for repairs and claim they don’t know why your floors are doing what they are doing.Eventually, as more boards crack,separate, and humps form,you will have no option other then to take them out to discover instead of leveling your floors properly, they used the cardboard boxes from the actual flooring as a leveler underneath in those areas.The entire family room had original particle board as the subfloor on a crawlspace which should have been reported to us and replaced at that time with real subfloor.Yes, it would have been an upcharge to do at the time but at least it would have been done professionally and correctly.So if you are just wanting a cheap and quick flooring job done, they will do that but if you plan to have quality work and floors that last more than a few years,I would suggest using another company.

  I’ll start with the positives: everyone I worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. The installation crew did quality work, and the finished floor looks great. Unfortunately, three issues significantly impacted my experience. First, the pricing was confusing. We originally received a quote for one flooring option, but later chose a different product that we were told would be less expensive. Surprisingly, the final price ended up being more than $75 higher. Second, communication around scheduling was disappointing. After placing the order on a Friday, I was told I should be able to schedule installation by early to mid-week. We delayed scheduling other contractors while waiting for the flooring timeline. After hearing nothing for a full week, I called and was told, “Oh we were going to call you tomorrow,” and that scheduling still wasn’t available until the following day. Finally, on installation day, I was given an arrival window of 8:00–11:00 AM. I took time off work and stayed available all morning, postponing other important errands. Despite several calls asking for a more specific ETA, I was repeatedly told only that they would arrive sometime within the window. The installers ultimately didn’t arrive until 12:20 PM. Delays happen, but better communication would have allowed me to plan my day accordingly. The quality of the work ultimately earned this review an extra star. Otherwise, my experience would have been closer to a 2-star rating.

  Goose creek did a fantastic job from purchase to installation and follow up. I highly recommend them. I love my new carpet!

  They helped replace all the carpets in my home I was selling and were great at communicating start to end with easy payments all while I was out of state!
