You kept my truck two weeks longer than expected, ordered parts I didn’t need, set my expectations on a pick-up date knowing my truck wasn’t ready, The worse part was charging me an additional $1k because I asked for an itemized invoice. Upon communicating with the service manager by phone, he described me as “ one of them people”. I don’t know what he meant but I can assume. Please think twice before using this establishment. I will be contacting the BBB as well.

My husband had an issue with our reefer while carrying a load, and they took care of him quickly and professionally. A special thank you to Xavier for the excellent customer service. He was very attentive, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. They were able to get the reefer running again and also let us know about the starter and loose belts that need to be fixed soon. We truly appreciate their honesty, fast service, and attention to detail. It gave us peace of mind during a stressful situation. Highly recommend this location, especially for drivers who need quick and reliable service on the road.
