  Never had a problem with these guys. Surprised of the reviews. Bodie always picks up the phone. Went out the way for me many times! Sent guys to fix problems that was not their faults. Good people.

  I called and left two messages for service and still no phone call back! There are too many others reputable companies that have better customer service than to be wasting my time trying to get a simple phone call back.

  During a very busy time for them, they sent a crew out to take a look at my sewage lift station (residential). Crew found the problem and suggested various solutions to the situation. No high pressure sales talk, no "you gotta do it our way or disaster will happen" attitude, only good, solid honest conversation. Being able to explore different avenues to a solution is very much appreciated.
