  Mike and his guys did a great job replacing my hvac, ductwork and installing dehumidifier. They were prompt and courteous and got the job done quickly. Mike took the extra time to explain how things work to me and made sure everything was operating properly before leaving. He followed up a couple days later to be sure. I highly recommend One Call Maintenance Solutions.

  Wow, what an incredible company! Mike was wonderful, I have gotten quotes from two other companies that were upwards of 14 and $15,000, Mike brought my quote in at $8100 and did the job Wonderfully… His genuine concern for the safety of my 26-year-old unit to put in a brand new unit installed and taking out the other one, one of a kind person, one of a kind company

  I can’t recommend One Call Maintenance enough! They recently replaced our AC system, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Before calling them, I had received quotes from some of the “big name” HVAC companies in the area. One Call ended up saving us roughly $12,000 compared to what we had been quoted elsewhere, without sacrificing the quality of the work or the experience. They also found another opportunity to save us money by installing a media filter that eliminated the need for a bunch of additional duct work we had been quoted for. That really stood out to me. Instead of looking for ways to make the job more expensive, they found a smarter solution that saved us even more money. Beyond the savings, they were incredibly communicative, supportive, friendly, and respectful throughout the entire process. They kept us informed, answered our questions, and made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. There was never any pressure or feeling like we were being sold something we didn’t actually need. If you’re having HVAC issues or have been told you need an expensive repair or replacement, call One Call Maintenance before making a decision. Especially if you’ve already gotten a quote from one of the larger companies. Getting another opinion from One Call literally saved us thousands of dollars. Great people, great work, and a company that genuinely seemed interested in finding the best solution for us, not the most expensive one. I’ll absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone!

  Can’t say enough good things about this company. I was in a mess, water leaking in my attic and of course it’s never a good time money wise for an ac issue. So I called and spoke with Mike who listened to me and answered all my questions and said he would have someone out the next day. Pat came out the next day, earlier than I thought which was great and he was kind and professional. He took his time explaining what was going on and what needed to be done. He didn’t try to upsell or push anything on me. He got my ac back working again and I couldn’t be more thankful for them. The price was very reasonable and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Don’t hesitate to call them. Truly honest, decent, reliable people. Thank you so much! Will definitely use you guys in the future.

  We had extreme humidity in the townhouse (over 85%) that just came on us quickly. We thought it may be water from the recent afternoon storms, water leak or A/C problem. I sent out a few texts asking for referrals and my son responded immediately referring me to Mike Andrade and One Call Maintenance Solutions. He said “Dad, everyone in our neighborhood uses Mike and everybody at work uses him too” I called Mike on a Wednesday afternoon And he came out Thursday morning to take a look to see what the problem might be and offer up a quote same day. I might add that during his inspection he deployed the latest technologies to accurately identify any water or condensation even behind the walls and ceiling. Thursday night he sent me a quote and went over in detail what the problems were and the solutions available to solve them. That night (Friday) I approved the invoice and he ordered the equipment and material to begin work the following Tuesday. The work was completed by Wednesday evening with a walkthrough on Thursday morning to insure I was completely satisfied and had no questions. Now I totally understood why everyone calls Mike for all their home maintenance issues. Why would you not? Mike and his team are friendly, come with years of experience, a high level of skill, the latest technology to eliminate all the guesswork and a laser focus on you to do what he said he would do and get you up and running quickly. I highly recommend One Call Maintenance because now I know why I do. Everybody does!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
