  We couldn’t be happier with our kitchen remodel! The team handled everything from the design and demolition to the installation of new cabinets, countertops, tile, appliances, lighting, hood vent, paint, hardwood floor repairs, and plumbing. It was truly a full-service experience, and every detail was completed with exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Every phase of the project stayed on schedule, communication was outstanding, and we always knew what to expect. The crew was reliable, respectful of our home, and took great pride in their work.   The NextGen team met deadlines and completed tasks thoroughly, maintained professionalism and communicated clearly and promptly. The NextGen team was impressive, responsive, proactive and skilled. You can tell they run their business like a family business and the trades they employ respect and appreciate them on every level. They were truly a dream company to work for in every way. We have recommended them to all of our friends and neighbors and we would not hesitate to use them on our next renovation or recommend them to anyone who asked. We love our new bathrooms and kitchen update so much that we even had them update the back grill area with a perfectly picked out piece of granite to add a new pizza oven to our backyard in the near future. We met the design team of NextGen Design at the 2025 Charlotte Spring Home and Garden Show when we were first deciding on our next home renovation. We then went to their diverse and organized design showroom to pick out what we wanted for our two new secondary bathrooms and kitchen glow-up. The design consultant, Haven, was very helpful while picking out the features and style we wanted in both bathrooms and the materials in our new kitchen backsplash and countertops. Owners Alla and Vlad then came to our home to measure the new spaces and promptly gave us a complete, thorough written quote for the work we wanted completed. We told them our desired start dates and they responded with a detailed contract. We chose their company due to their availability and responsiveness in helping us make our choices, the reasonable price of the renovation and their professionalism and prompt responses. They started the renovation on time and finished ahead of schedule. Not only did they preorder everything so it was ready for them when they started but they gave us a very clear timeline with what trades would be in our home on what days. The team and all of the trades then stuck to this detailed and accurate timeline. Some trades even finished earlier than the time allotted. Everyone was professional, respectful and a steady presence at our home every day. We had very little downtime from our kitchen due to the accurate and thought out timeline. This made being out of our kitchen as little of an inconvenience as possible which was very much appreciated by our entire family. Both the owners, Alla and Vlad, communicated and responded promptly to any questions that came up. We had very little changes but when we did alter or change something they responded professionally and promptly without any problems. They addressed and anticipated any concerns immediately and even acted proactively responding to things we didn’t even notice. The end result was exactly in the style we wanted and the materials and colors all worked seamlessly together to produce a look we wanted and planned in our heads for years.

  NextGen Design and Build was great to work with on our bathroom remodel. They helped us pick out all the tile for the floor, shower walls, shower floor and grout right there in their showroom. Makes life easier to pick things out there. They provided us with a detailed schedule from start to finish. We always knew when someone was coming and what they would be doing. All the contractors were great. Very friendly, they did great work and cleaned up after themselves every day. They either swept or vacuumed daily. Prompt response on any questions. NextGen took great care to cover the hardwood floors, furniture and vanity to help ensure things didn’t get scratched. On final cleaning day, they vacuumed all the floors, dusted the furniture, cleaned the mirrors, cleaned the cabinets and mopped the floors. I would highly recommend them. We would not hesitate to use them again. Group text was setup to make communication between us easier. We can’t say enough good things about them. Audrey and David Y
