  We had our entire main level flooring redone and absolutely love it! We were able to bring home several different samples from the store to find the perfect color in the house. Everyone we worked with was great. Jason helped us get the project started and Colin followed up afterwards to ensure everything was perfect (which it was) and that we were happy with the whole process. The crew that did the work was very professional, did really good quality work, especially on little details such as around a stone fireplace. They were able to do the entire job in one day too which was great. We also felt the cost of entire project was very reasonable and was better than another company in the area who quoted the project. Overall, we are very pleased and plan to use them on future projects! I would definitely recommend the Flooring Clearance Center on Gold Hill Rd Fort Mill.

  Amazing company!!! Could not be more pleased. Great attention to every detail and excellent communication with us. They sanded and refinished existing hardwoods in a home built in the 1960s that were in rough shape. Additionally, they installed new hardwoods. The floors look absolutely amazing and the transition from the new into the old was flawless. And to my surprise, the sanding was virtually dustless. Also installed new carpets in living room. Job supervisor Colin Myers was so personable and prompt with all inspections with great attention to detail. All their flooring teams were very professional. I definitely would highly recommend this company for any flooring needs you may have.

  We had our entire downstairs and upstairs done. We also had 2 sets of stairs done. The floors was done in 8 hours and the stairs were done on a different day in 3 hours. Very pleased with the work. We have luxury hard vinyl.

  The Flooring Clearance Center has a ton of variety in their showroom to choose from and all the brand names. Their prices are great. We checked around for a specific Shaw flooring and their prices were the best. They are a family owned business so you get exceptional service as well. When we ordered our flooring they kept me informed on delivery dates and even went out of their way to deliver my flooring during Friday drive time traffic to ensure my flooring arrived on time. I appreciate their customer approach and will definitely use them again.
