  These guys were great. Had water damage at our facility in South Charlotte and they were out quick, dried everything out before it turned into a mold problem, and were communicative the whole time. Easy to work with when you’re dealing with a mess you didn’t ask for. If you need water damage restoration in the Charlotte area, give them a call!

  I contacted CPR due to water damage in my kitchen and they responded right away. Willie was fantastic: professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Zach was great too and very reliable. They both took the time to communicate and provide detailed information about the work being done. They were both a pleasure to work with . Their expertise, professionalism, and dedication to their clients sets them apart from the rest. I give CPR a 10 and would highly recommend them.

  Willie and his crew were recommended to me. The company has an all around excellent team and I would absolutely hire them again. There are tenants in our property, and the crew was conscientious, timely and took care of the space. They went the extra mile to ensure that there were usable appliances and were all around great to work with.

  I had a great experience working with Mike from restoration. They were professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. They kept me informed throughout the process, answered all my questions, and helped me through a stressful situation! Highly recommend!!
