  Had a plumbing issue related to water heater. Brooks came out and replaced the water heater and updated the plumbing to the water heater. Issue occurred on a holiday weekend and was resolved the same day. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

  Did not have to have the service call finished I was able to complete the repairs myself so I canceled it very pleasant young man very very nice on the phone thanks guys

  Great customer service. Ms. Janet was very helpful and when the tech came out he was also very knowledgeable and helpful great job diagnosing this Michael. Great company in our time of need…. Now Josh and Clyde came and did even more amazing work. Josh fixed my plumbing issue and was well knowledgeable of what was done previously and why. If you ever have an issue Quality Service has some awesome people. I am well pleased. Thank you so much

  Both guy that came out were really knowledgeable , were helpful with answering our questions. They both were very polite and professional. I would recommend them . Thank you again for fixing our A/C and cleaning it .

  Chase Feagin is extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems and was very thorough in diagnosing and fixing the problems with our unit. He spent four hours repairing and remained patient and pleasant the whole time.
