  Hunter was professional, courteous and friendly. He took time to describe what was wrong with my a/c, and he was prepared to fix it. He also offered some information on plans that could allow me to save money on hvac systems in the future.

  Brooks has a wonderful personality. I had a brand new hot water heater installed. I was talked into getting the top of the line model with regulator add-on, as well as other add-ons, and switching to copper pipes. Unfortunately, the copper pipe disconnected less than 24 hrs after install and the water flooded my closet, hall, and some of my dining room. Now, my door, hall floor, and dining room floor are bubbling up. The smart attachment and regulator still have not be set up. After spending nearly $4,000.00, this is becoming very frustrating to me.

  Josh and Harold undertook a pretty big task of replumbing my whole home, plus some extra surprises. Nobody could have any room to complain about their work ethic or workmanship. They worked hard for 5 days, long hours and they did a great job. They were polite and courteous and I couldn't be more pleased with the work done. Thank you.

  My family had an unsatisfactory annual cleaning done and the company immediately sent out a new technician to make things right. Briley came out and with the best attitude and friendliness did an A++ job and made everything just right - he was courteous, professional and friendly. Thanks again Briley for your hard work and you are most definitely an asset to your company - they are fortunate to have someone with integrity to do quality work with a friendly and professional attitude.
