  We have had problems with overflows for a while. We've had 3 companies (septic and plumber) come out multiple times and check or pump or whatever. Scott from Benjamin Franklin came out and within about 25 mins found the actual problem and fixed it. What a relief!

  Good Morning. Monroe, was very understanding about what he related to me this morning. He gave it to me straight forward. He was very nice and respectful. Told me the situation on what I can do, and was very respectful. So for, I like the sound of it.

  I called for a plumber to come out and diagnose a leak and they were able to send someone out the same day. Monroe was very professional and courteous, he showed me where the flapper and fill valve for my toilet had gone bad causing it to constantly run. He fixed everything right away and was upfront about the cost before starting the work. This is one of the best experiences I’ve had with a plumber and I’m so thankful that he was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly before my water bill became extremely high.
