  I was impressed with the service that I received, in the scheduling as well as how quickly a technician arrived. Alex listened to my description of the issue and provided what I felt was a reasonable solution to the problem. I am totally satisfied with the service to include the pricing. I would absolutely use Meetze again

  The technician was methodical, thorough, knowledgeable, professional, respectful, etc. However, the fix was incredibly expensive. Like other larger plumbing companies, the cost of the service is not in the hands of the technician. He simply picks from a list of repair types and the price is predetermined.

  The technician, Ben Willis, and his assistant did EXCELLENT work with professionalism, kindness and respect! I have had other work done at my residence by Meetze Plumbing and I would recommend their service if you want the job done right. Also, I would like to give a special thank you to Trish! She has always been so understanding, helpful and kindhearted in working with me on everything!❤️

  I am truly disappointed with the service that has been performed by this company. I had an issue with the pilot light on my hot water heater and chose them for the repair. It was determined that the thermostat and thermocouple needed replacing at a cost of $1.114. This repair occurred on Wed., June 3, 2026. Come Wednesday evening, there was no hot water (which was the issue all along). The technician returned the next morning, checked all parts and reignited the pilot. Not sure of the reason that it distinguished. That evening no hot water again! Friday morning another technician came, determined that the trip switch on the equipment they ordered and installed was faulty. I repeat: their equipment that they ordered from their supplier. I was told they ordered a replacement part which was to arrive overnight and be installed on Saturday. Saturday turned into Sunday and Sunday turned into Monday. Here it is Tuesday morning and I am still waiting, all with no active hot water. The reason for no part: UPS has not delivered. What about customer satisfaction? If the part has not arrived in a timely manner, then call the supplier and get them to overnight a new part and the missing one be returned to the company whenever it arrives. Or find another supplier?? They have indicated that this is the least costly supplier. So now a customer who has paid the cost in full is left without running hot water for nearly a week because of a potential cost to the company ??? Extremely disappointing to say the least ! In addition the pan that sits under the hot water heater became mangled in the process. I was told that was unimportant…
