- KPKw PriceApr 15, 20261.0Buyer beware in dealing with Andrew at Blue Ridge Cabinet. Get EVERYTHING clearly in writing and make sure you can be there when his team is doing their work. We specifically ordered a leathered finish for our countertops but they installed the slabs with a high-sheen finish. Hardware was not ordered in proper quantities or accurately noted on schematics. His operations team "mistakenly" took out an additional $25,000 from our account more than four (4) months after we had paid him for the cabinets and had closed on our home (Andrew resolved quickly after we reported him for fraud but it still wiped our accounts for 10 days while we were traveling). And now it has been almost 45 days since we have closed on our home and we are still missing two cabinet doors that were removed because they were warped; cabinet space for beverage cooler is incomplete; and we have a countertop chip to be repaired. He will tell you how much he cares about his customers but we unfortunately did not get the level of service that our investment warranted.
