  We had an unexpected shower leak that turned into an unplanned bathroom renovation, and Marina at TL Floor & Design - Upstate made the entire process so much easier. Marina was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to understand what we needed, and even opened the store after hours to accommodate our schedule. She helped us find beautiful options that fit our budget without making us feel like we had to compromise on quality. Not only did she guide us through selecting materials for the shower renovation, but once we saw how great everything looked, we decided to go ahead and update the tub area as well. She also connected us with an installer who did an amazing job! What started as a stressful situation ended with a bathroom we absolutely love.   Have been to the showroom and spoken with Marina. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and has a great selection. I own a shower door business in Greenville and have installed glass on a few of Marina’s customers newly tiled showers - they say great things about her and her business. Worth checking out the store and talking with her!

  We bought a few boxes of tile for our new bathroom and laundry room. Great service and great location too. No need to drive to Greenville to get excellent producst and service.

  Due to a pipe leak, we needed to replace flooring quickly. Marina was able to help us find a flooring choice that fit our needs, put an order in quickly, and connect us with a contractor who was ready to start within days. We are so happy with the quality of floors we purchased and will definitely be returning customers for future home projects!
