  Kelly Hickman did a fantastic job. We had a clogged sink and running toilet and he was able to fix all of it in a short amount of time and was just the nicest person. We are so grateful for all of his hard work and knowledge.

  Ruben (plumber) and Jayson (HVAC) were both great. Checking and servicing our furnace, condensing unit, water heater and plumbing. Both great workers and very friendly. Highly recommend Vines-always outstanding customer service

  Zakk helped us understand the issues in our house and what needed to be done to fix them. He was incredibly understanding and beyond helpful through the entire process. If everyone in the company is like Zakk, then you can expect the best service and best people to help you.

  My issues started in 2025. I called Vines for a water leak and mold. Took 4 -5 months for everything to be 100% completed. At the beginning of March a sink that vines installed fell into the cabinet somehow turning the water on while I was not home. Thankfully I was only gone roughly 2 hours. I came in to a flooded kitchen, living room, and a little in the hallway. After contacting vines they showed up about an hour and a half later. Put fans in and removed the bottoms of my cabinets. While 2 guys from Vines were here (mark and someone else) Mark told me twice in the few hours they were here that he sees what happen and I did the right thing by turning the water off from the valves because it could have been a lot worse. One of those times is on video. The owner of vines Rick Vines wanted to come and look at everything 10 days later. He was very arrogant and told me that it was a cat that just had kittens 8 hours prior to this that was also locked in my bathroom upstairs with the bedroom door also shut. I told him that there was no way the mother cat opened the bathroom door, opened the bedroom door, came downstairs and turned the water on, went back upstairs and shut the bedroom door and shut the bathroom door. His response was cat or ghost there is no way the sink falling turned the water on. He said they would cover all the repairs but would not pay for any damage to my furniture. It took almost 8 weeks for them to come back out and connect the water to the sink and dishwasher so I could have running water in my kitchen. Furniture still damaged, floor in hallway is sticking up, extremely high water bill, and electric bill due to their incompetence. I would never recommend Vines to anyone. Very sad they cannot take care of ALL issues THEY (NOT A CAT OR A GHOST) caused. Stay far away from Vines

  Everyone from Vines has been helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive working with me throughout a stressful emergency hot water heater fail and subsequent flooding. Kelly Hickman and his shadow/intern Matthew, replaced the water heater and were professional, respectful and polite. Kelly took the time to explain everything to me and he got our water back on quickly. That was very important as I am the sole caretaker for my disabled sister. Clean hot water is essential for her care. Brenden and Matt started removing ruined flooring while the plumbing work was in progress. They were patient and efficient and answered my many questions. Mark McMullan went out of his way to help me navigate through this stressful process and answered all my questions and even enlightened me about steps I didn’t know to ask about. These folks have helped make this unpleasant situation a little easier. Thank you Vines!
