- JJJenny Johnson1 day ago5.0We had a leak in our 30 year old water heater. I called and a technician arrived from Four Star within 3 hours. The water heater was located in a very hot attic. Derrick Hinkle the technician arrived and assessed the situation and quickly offered solutions. He was very knowledgeable about his work and also very efficient. The entire process was completed very quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure to meet Derrick and he is certainly an asset to your company.

- LRLeon ReedAug 16, 20265.0Great experience! My mini split was installed in my Carolina Room, took a bit more work but Four Star was able to make it work. The Mitsubishi 18K BTU is a fantastic unit. Cost more but I feel some things should not be cheaped out. They also were able to install a second electric disconnect for my DIY mini split I'm doing in my garage.

- JBJohn BarnesJul 26, 20262.0We hired Four Star to replace our two AC units in Longs 2 Bosch units over $22k. My 83 year old mother asked installers if they would replace the 3 air filters , (standard ) they said, guy will do it tomorrow. Guy came to install scrubber’s next day, never installed the AC filters. My mom had to call them twice about coming out to finish their job. Now it’s been 7 days and nobody has came to replace her filters. Most upsetting is the AC system was filled with mold. She has had her new system pumping dirty mold all week. I can’t give even 4 stars for this service.
