  Our HVAC/AC unit needed to be replaced. They came the same day I called to look at everything and was able to install a new system within 2 days. The price they gave me was considerably less than another bid I received. When they left we couldn’t even tell they were there. No mess left at all. Professional and honest company!

  We made an appointment for someone to come out to go over a whole house water filtration system. They were supposed to be here between 8-10am . No one came. When I called the woman said the technician had a plumbing emergency & could come when finished. We declined. This to us is a red flag to the type of service one can expect if they got the job . As a business if you can't keep an appointment a courtesy call would be nice. Also, whole house water filtration systems are not cheap. The woman in the office was very sweet.

  Four Star was incredibly responsive and had a technician onsite within an hour late in the evening. He diagnosed the issue and completed the repairs in a fast efficient manner. Great job.
