On time and polite Josh completed our plumbing inspection and was very informative sharing pictures and explanations. Genuinely interested in my concerns. Gave us many options with clear explanation on how to replace our 13+ year old water heater.

Poor service and overpriced. The technician did not retape the HVAC panel in the attic and the technician did not reapplying all the screws to the HVAC panel in the attic. I had to repair the vent near the condenser that the technician had dislodged from the home. The technician wanted to replace the whole device that houses the Schrader valves secondary to a small Freon leak at a sensitive setting on the meter. The technician could replace the valves but that option was not offered to me. The technician wanted to charge me around $800. to replace the entire Schrader device-I refused the device. This company does not give you a warranty on any parts or repairs. The technician wanted to replace the HVAC coils in the attic which would have cost around $2600. without a warranty secondary to a small Freon leak at a sensitive setting on his meter-I refused secondary to the coils appeared to be in good condition. This company wants to sell customers entire HVAC units for maximal profit. Thanks Ray

We had a leak in our 30 year old water heater. I called and a technician arrived from Four Star within 3 hours. The water heater was located in a very hot attic. Derrick Hinkle the technician arrived and assessed the situation and quickly offered solutions. He was very knowledgeable about his work and also very efficient. The entire process was completed very quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure to meet Derrick and he is certainly an asset to your company.
