  Austin did a fabulous job! He educated us on the additives used in the water here. We just moved from Florida. He installed a system to treat the water so it’s healthier for us and our pets. It will also extend the life of our water heater and appliances. I highly recommend Austin and Benjamin Franklin plumbing!

  Matt was great! I explained everything, timing, what the symptoms were. He checked everything, sinks, shower, clean out and we decided it was appropriate to reset the toilet which turned out to be the issue! I also asked about a kitchen faucet which he happened to have one one the truck, replaced my old one that started leaking. He explained everything he was doing, why and what he found. The best part, I called after hours and he was here in 15 minutes! Highly recommend!

  Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Having had BFP install new garbage disposal and faucet last year with great result, and after speaking with manager Jeffrey who offered free estimate, I decided to call BFP regarding our two outdoor hoses that we were unable to remove from the hose bibs as they were seized on; we had tried using WD40 and wrenches. I was afraid we were going to need new hose bibs! Benjamin Franklin sent tech Joseph Lopez the very next morning after my call for the free estimate. Joseph was professional, knowledgeable and personable. After assessing the bibs he advised the cost for just removal of hoses and/or need to install new bibs. I gave him the go ahead to do his best to remove hoses! I noted he consciously covered his shoes when coming through our home from front to back yards. He patiently and very carefully tried a few removal methods including the spray/wrench we had tried. He was finally able to remove them by carefully using a hack saw! He also installed a new hose connecting part on each bib with nice new threads that are guaranteed for two years. It was a third of the price new bibs would have cost! We so appreciated the extra conscientious efforts Joseph Lopez made to repair our hose bibs giving us an excellent result and as economically as possible! Thank you! Once again, we are very happy satisfied customers of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!

  My family and I were vacationing in N Myrtle Beach when my daughter-in-love’s engagement ring fell down the shower drain. We did everything we could think of to try to find the ring down the drain but we were unsuccessful. It was late at night on a long weekend. We were afraid that the ring was lost forever. As a last resort, we contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Jacob came out and assessed the situation.  He admitted that things didn’t look too promising but said that he would try his best. After he had tried a few things he emerged from the bathroom with the ring!! He might as well as been wearing a cape with an “S” on his chest! We were overjoyed and my daughter-in-love cried happy tears! We HIGHLY recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! Especially Jacob! They not only do an incredible job, they genuinely care about their customers!

  Price to connect a new gas grill to my natural gas line was more than reasonable compared to other quotes. Communication was consistent. Technician called with ETA and on time with arrival. Service was completed quickly and provided instructions on use of new connections. No issues, couldn't be happier with the overall experience. .
