It was late Sunday night, but he came and knew exactly how to repair the problem. He was, neat, polite, user friendly, knowledgeable, competent and thorough. Most of all he has integrity. Also, the price was fair, not predatory. Thanks so much!

He also checked my kitchen sink, faucet & pipes & showed me there was an issue with the faucet & one of the pipes had corrosion. He explained it wasn't an emergency, but that I should keep an eye on it. I appreciated him pointing this out to me & not being over bearing with fixing it right then & there. His work was excellent & he cleaned up the area afterwards. I highly recommend the company and especially John.
