Also Joy, from the office was helpful and understanding. This company helped us quickly and fixed what was needed. I will definitely use them again for plumbing issues and also they do electric too.

He addressed my issue and offered reasonable quotes either to repair or replace. He completed the job quickly (within an hour), kept the area clean and protected, and the results were excellent! Thank you Jacob! Customer service was top notch! I will be recommending Benjamin Franklin to everyone from now on.

He discovered our hot water heater was rusted and leaking. He was able to replace the water heater which saved us from having it flood our home. He also did the 2 small jobs that he was scheduled to do. He explained everything to me and showed me what he was doing. Benjamin Franklin will be who I call for any plumbing jobs.
