- NMNicki MeehMay 8, 20261.0I submitted a service request on May 4th, and it is now May 8th with still no resolution. Nobody has shown up, despite multiple calls requesting updates. Each time I call, I’m told someone will be out ASAP, but no one ever arrives. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was simply told to hang up and call the same number I had just called, which felt very dismissive and unhelpful. This situation is especially frustrating because the issue involves the building’s only elevator. We have elderly and disabled tenants who rely on it daily, and this delay is creating a serious accessibility problem. I understand delays can happen, but the lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely disappointing.
