  I had an outstanding experience with Will and the team at Gateway Supply on the HVAC side. This was my first visit to the store, and I was there to pick up supplies for a job. I also grabbed some tools and a lunch box while I was there. Will and the rest of the team are truly exceptional individuals! The experience at this supply store has been the best I've ever had. I will definitely be returning to this store for all my tool and supply shopping in the future. The deals are excellent and the people are friendly!

  Me and my buddy Jordan stopped into Gateway Supply the other day, and honestly—it was a great experience from start to finish. We’ve both dealt with getting overcharged for tools before, so we weren’t expecting much. But these guys completely flipped that around. Will at the front desk was outstanding—super polite, easy to talk to, and he hooked us up with some seriously good prices. You can tell he actually cares about helping people, not just making a sale. The rest of the crew in there was just as solid. I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but every single person we talked to was friendly, helpful, and just good people to be around. It made the whole visit feel easy and relaxed. Jordan even grabbed a cooler while we were there, and they gave him a great deal on that too. They understand what it’s like—we’re working guys, we use our tools every day, and they treat you with that respect. Hands down, 5 stars. Way better experience than what I’ve had at other supply houses. I’ll definitely be coming back. Shoutout to Will and the whole team—y’all are doing it right

  Jhon and Will are always welcoming and helpfulrde when interacting with them. Im always happy to pay a visit to the entire staff since they care to always be of service.

  Gateway supply especially the main office normally has most everything I need to do plumbing work at least 90%. The other 10% I normally have to order and when I order them they respond to me when that order comes in no other place in town will do that that I used to go to and they're very kind and nice so thanks guys for working with me and getting me the stuff I need to do my job.
