The three stars are because being that I am paying over $2K I feel that the timing of the repair//part should not take past the weekend. Especially since the part is available as I was told. At the least there should have been a resolve tomorrow for the A/C!!
- JWJudy WorrellJun 8, 20265.0Jaden is a respectful young man that seems to really know the HVAC System and how it all works. He got a tech degree for this job at a local college. I always ask a lot of questions about what he is doing, as he is doing it, and he explains clearly and effectively. I always learn several new things from him each visit. Today he showed me a sign very low on my AC unit that says to only use water to clean the coils. I would have never seen this sign as it is not visible without getting down on my knees to see it! (I have a cleaner solution for cleaning coils that thankfully I have not used!) He treated me and my home with great respect. This is the third time he has been my technician and I’m very happy to have him caring for my equipment. Thanks Jaden! I pay $270.00 for service twice a year to care for the most expensive equipment in my home. I checked around and that is in the ballpark of other companies. I will also get discounts if there is a problem. FOGEL Services has a good communication set up that lets me know when he is on his way, and a text that reminds me a day ahead. I’ve been very happy with this service.
