  After a frustrating battle with our warranty company and another repair service, 2 Wind was a breath of fresh air (pun very much intended). They arrived at our house in a reasonable time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and repaired our AC efficiently. Best of all, the final bill was truly affordable. We couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend them!

  2 Wind Air-Conditioning - I made an emergency call and they had Arron the technician arrive within two hours of my call ! He diagnosed my AC unit problem within ten minutes! Arron was very professional and courteous he explained all my concerns to me which I had regarding the AC unit . I have already recommended Arron to a friend in need of their AC unit servicing!!   AC went out on me, it was a 5 ton capacity unit with gas heat, had multiple quotes, 2nd Wind beat the next closest bid by $4,000 and offered 0% financing for 18 months the wife and I gladly took advantage of I signed on a Monday, the installers came today (Wednesday), and I’m happy to report we now have AC again It’s important to note other contractor quotes included components that I didn’t even need to replace which did nothing but inflate the price, the reason I know is because 2nd Wind told me, instead they took a common sense approach to solving my problem, which saved me a lot of money and in exchange they’ve earned a customer for life Thank you for slaying the dragon!

  This is related to their plumbing services. Take my word, do not do business with them. they sent out an unqualified assistant to put in a shower valve. now we dont use that shower it is in the other side of the condo. once we started to use the shower the valve was so loose the screws were coming out. the guy had not even mounted the valve to a 2x4 and had cut a 2x4 and left it hanging in the wall. The woman that answered said they have a 7 day warranty on workmanship and i would need to pay for any repairs. I wont do any more business with this company.

  A technician came to my house on Saturday June 17th to repair my hvac unit because the pipes leading to the unit outside in my backyard was frozen. Just 3 days later the pipes are even way more frozen than before. The technician just sat in my backyard for 30 mins doing nothing. That was the time he should have taken to identify the problem. I called and the office told me that I would be charged another fee. Are these people telling me within 3 days of repair, the same symptoms are showing and they still want to charge another fee? I will never pay another fee and you people better make sure my hvac unit is repaired because I paid $339 just 3 days ago. Are you people scammers? If you are, you have messed with the wrong person. Better make sure you repair my hvac unit.
