  I had an outstanding experience with this company's customer service. The technician arrived exactly on time and was incredibly courteous and professional throughout the visit. Not only was he highly knowledgeable about the immediate issues I was facing, but he also took the time to clearly explain everything to me. Furthermore, he proactively identified potential future problems and gave me great advice on how to prevent them. I highly recommend their services!

  Had Heat and air Conditioning unit looked at,ll. The service Technician did something to change the unit moisture output. I called the next day to informed the company that there was and issue, and what I got from the oerson I spoke with whatl was being told that the issue wasn't cause by their tech. When the issue that I explain wasn't their before the technician did whatever HE did. I wasn't being heard so 🤷 it was a waste of my time explaining it to the person I was speaking to. I going to have to call another company who hopefully will find and correct the issue.

  I was charged for someone to come to my house, look at the issue, and then tell me they weren't going to do the job. They agreed to send me photos and a report, which I’m still waiting for. I didn't receive any service at all, so I don’t understand why I’m being sent a survey about it.

  My plumbings technician,Jeff, was great! He showed up promptly, gave a thorough visual inspection with a quote and some great information on how insurance claims typically play out,what to typically expect,and explained what he could do as far as repairing the damage. Great customer service! 10/10 would recommend!

  After organizing the visit to get a quote for HVAC replacement and the confirmation from 2nd Wind HVAC , the contractor did not show . I called them multiples times , talked to their office …. No one called me back . Base in my experience , this contractor is not reliable. Zero customer service , zero respect. Oh , I mentioned to them that I had to travel 10 hrs to manage contractor visit. No respect .
