If you want service after installation or a returned phone call after you pay your bill in my opinion it won’t happen. You’ll likely get some AI response not a real person responding. Our experience was very disappointing. The owner initially met with us and talked a great game about their “hands on service” but that’s not what we’ve experienced so far. My husband has made multiple phone calls to try and get answers about the new system plus any warranty/ service information and no one will call us back. Crickets!!!

Very Happy to have worked with Wingate Power on installing my Genrac 22KW Generator. Their customer service is excellent.Bill and Will are both certified Genrac contractors and they installed my generator with attention to detail. They went over step by step each part of the generator, answering all my questions. They exclusively install Genrac and are best in biz for Charleston area.I highly highly recommend 👍 Rob W

Billy installed a whole home backup generator for me and my family. So many great aspects to the project but the main one is Billy. He's a great communicator and kept me in the loop at every stage. It amazes me that his skill set allowed him to do both the natural gas and the electric hookups, no second contractor needed. This was my first experience with Wingate Power but Billy is now my go to Electrician for any and all future needs.

Wingate was super professional! In a time where trying to find responsive and professional people are impossible, Wingate made it possible. On time, friendly, on time, responsive, on time, fairly priced, on time professional, and on time. I was so thankful to find someone like Wingate to help with all our electrical stuff. I’ve already called Wingate back for another job.
