  DO NOT BUY FLOORING FROM LL FLOORING / LUMBER LIQUIDATORS I would strongly recommend staying away from Lumber Liquidators/LL Flooring. We purchased approximately $2,000 worth of flooring in March, and by August it already looks like it has been installed for YEARS instead of a few months. The flooring is already separating, showing nicks and damage, and simply is not holding up the way flooring should. What makes this even worse is that we have not even moved furniture into the house yet.There has been no heavy use, no unusual wear and tear, and no reason whatsoever for a floor this new to already look this bad. Instead of standing behind the product they sold us, we have been met with one frustrating response after another. We were told about a floor analysis that could cost around $1,000, and when we asked the manager at the location where we purchased the flooring whether they could at least help us with a credit or some type of assistance toward purchasing replacement flooring, we were basically told there was nothing they could do. So we are supposed to spend approximately $2,000 on flooring that starts failing within months, potentially spend another $1,000 having it analyzed, and then spend thousands MORE replacing it? Absolutely not. A company selling flooring should stand behind the products it sells. At the VERY LEAST, LL Flooring could have worked with us toward replacement material, a store credit, or another reasonable solution. Instead, we have been left with a nearly new floor that already needs to be replaced and a company that seems completely uninterested in helping. There are far too many other flooring stores and suppliers to spend your money somewhere that handles customers this way. Save yourself the money, frustration, and headache. Shop somewhere else. I absolutely DO NOT recommend LL Flooring/Lumber Liquidators. I will gladly update this review if the company decides to actually stand behind the flooring it sold us and offers a reasonable resolution.

  Flooring was beautiful and install was fantastic!!!. They started@7:30 am and finished by 1: m. I highly recommend .
