  Outstanding Work & Service! I highly recommend Groundworks for any concrete restoration needs! Kevin and Austin did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were professional, extremely knowledgeable, and it was obvious that they have the experience and skills to handle a difficult project. We had older concrete with several uneven areas that had become serious trip hazards and could have caused someone to get hurt. This was not a simple job, but Kevin and Austin took the time to evaluate the situation, came up with the right solutions, and did an excellent job correcting the problem and making the area much safer. They also kept their word and arrived on time as promised, which I greatly appreciated. They were dependable, respectful, easy to work with, and took pride in doing the job right. A very special thank-you to Kevin and Austin! We truly appreciate the time, effort, knowledge, and hard work you both put into this project. You took a challenging situation and found a solution that gave us peace of mind knowing the area is now safer. Your professionalism and dedication did not go unnoticed, and we are extremely grateful for the excellent job you did! I would absolutely recommend Groundworks, and especially Kevin and Austin, to anyone needing concrete restoration work. Thank you both again for going above and beyond and for a job very well done!

  We had to address a portion of our foundation that was sinking and were very happy with the service we received. The crew, Joe and Chris, did a great job. They clearly knew what they were doing, minimized the construction disruption, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions. They were all one could ask for in a construction crew - professional, affable, hard working and clearly experienced. If the rest of the company's crews are of Joe's and Chris's caliber, you will be pleased with the end result.

  Met with Glenn from Groundworks, who was very informative about the driveway, which was in serious need of repair. It had major cracks throughout and was lifting in several areas. I really thought it was a lost cause. Glenn explained their process and the guarantee on their work. I was able to reach him easily with follow-up questions by phone/text. I felt we were given a fair price for all the work that needed to be done. A few weeks later, the crew on site worked hard all day and gave us exceptional results. No more trip hazards, and the driveway is now level! Before & after photos show the proof. Thank you, Glenn & Groundworks, for your professionalism!

  Nathan, Morris & Darnell did an excellent job on our crawl space repair. They were very efficient workers and the outcome looks amazing. Nathan advised us, in advance, of what time they would start work every morning. This is dependable service with quality work. The only thing we were not happy with was the underneath door. Wing nuts were installed and that was a problem for us. We installed hinges and latches, as a working door should have. Now the door is easily usable and still sealed properly. Joe & Chris worked nonstop to complete our foundation repair. They are such dedicated hard workers and really care about the final outcome. We appreciate the effort they put forth to complete this large job! Thank you both! Rob Gold was our sales person. He was prompt in coming to our home and conducted a thorough inspection. He pointed out our problems and we watched his video explaining the entire procedure. He was available to us with any questions we had. I would highly recommend calling Rob for your foundation repairs.

  We had our crawl space encapsulation completed toward the end of last year (2025). Shortly after we had a minor leak under the house that destroyed the hygrometer. We also installed a portable dehumidifier in the main living space of the house. That thing ran day and night. We would empty the reservoir multiple times a day. It was shocking to see the amount of water it would produce. Fast forward. We finally came to a point where we didn’t think the investment was proving itself and call to have a technician come and investigate. Tyler Keeports arrived onsite and fixed the issues we had. He was able to secure a new Hygrometer for us and ensure the system was functioning correctly. It’s been night and day since his visit. My in-house dehumidifier actually reaches the set humidity level and turns off now. WOW, how quiet things are now!! I’m not sure what the young man did but, we are now seeing the results promised and couldn’t be more thankful. Thanks Tyler!!
