  Really impressed with . The homes feel modern, well designed, and thoughtfully built, and the team has been great to work with throughout the process. You can tell they put a lot of attention into both the layout and overall quality of the community. One of the biggest things that makes Oak Bend stand out is the location. Being this close to both downtown Charleston and Folly Beach is a huge advantage and gives you the best mix of coastal living and city convenience. It’s hard to find new construction in an area like this, which makes the community feel like a really unique opportunity long term as well.
