  Coastal Air Plus has been great, especially Jay and Caleb. We very recently installed a mini-split from Coastal for our garage. Jay was the pointman and Caleb honcho'd the office support. And when our main AC quit early Sunday morning they both worked Sunday thru Tuesday with the original OEM to try to get the parts to get us back on line. The OEM was not able to provide a satisfactory cost and time line, so we asked Coastal to offer up replacement unit alternatives. Jay came out yet again, collected the necessary data and then he and Caleb worked together with the new OEM to expedite the replacement install tomorrow Wednesday. Both Jay and Caleb are straight shooters and we are confident we are in good hands. Also, a thank you to Quinsy and Ricky for the old AC removal and new AC installation. They did a great job. And a belated thank you to Steve regarding the mini split one week review.

  Jay was amazing during the HVAC consultation. He took his time to explain all the needed replacements and systems involved in the process. He explained the quoted options and differences between each. He answered all our questions and followed up on the ones that he wasn’t sure about. I’m 100% pleased with the customer service, knowledge, and advices provided by Jay.

  Called Nick at Coastal Air early Friday morning for an AC that was not working. He started on it right away. Gave a quick response for the issue and had the AC working and back on line very quickly. Nick has always quickly and does excellent. Always great to have Nick as my technician.

  Jay helped us out today with hvac maintenance. He’s great at what he does! Very nice and informative about what we can do to keep our system running smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

  I really enjoyed working with Jay today. He was very knowledgeable at his job and Explained everything to where I could understand what he was doing. I was thoroughly impressed.
