Bunch of crooks with horrible communication. We have been out of ac for eight days. When they came the first time they said the mother board was fried. Three days later they installed the new board for it only to work thirty minutes. Now being told a week later its the compressor. These people sadly hold our warranty because they bought coastal comfort air. I would not recommend to anyone. I wish I could give zero stars. Chris the phone guy has tried his hardest and has been the only guy who seems to want to help. Caleb the manager who is "Supposed" to be calling us should be fired. I will be reporting all of this to the better business bureau.

We cannot say enough about the expertise of Jay Hall. This is the third time that Jay has worked on different units on our property and we are always delighted that he is the one who will be helping us. We can trust what he says about the condition of our equipment and about the solution that he will to make everything run well. Jay is a wonderful man and a huge credit to the company. They are indeed fortunate to have him.

Jay came to look at my split unit which was making noise. He was very pleasant to discuss the problem and got an estimate to repair. He is an excellent worker and has helped me with several issues.

We’re always very happy with Coastal Air. Jay is fantastic and always gets us fixed up quickly. He came out the same day we called, diagnosed the issue, and had our AC working again in no time. Excellent service and responsiveness every time!

This company really disappointed me. They installed a compressor rescue kit on a dead compressor got me to pay for that installation as the 1st part of a two part process the second part being the installation of a fan motor that I explained wasn’t needed. tried to get me to purchase a fan motor for over 1000 dollars to complete the job but the tech didn’t make it to the WH to get the fan to install that Friday so I went the weekend with no AC. Spoke to on call management Caleb to see if someone was available during the weekend he said he would try but he never called back. The tech Terrance came out Wednesday and explained the fan motor wasn’t needed because your fan is running but compressor is dead. So I said so last tech Jay put a compressor rescue kit on a dead compressor ? Tech Terrance replied basically yes. I called Management Caleb for a refund and he said since i agreed to the 1st part of the job it doesn’t matter rather the second part gets done he couldn’t refund me because I had already signed an agreement and paid for the first part. I’m currently in the process of filling a lawsuit against them to have my money refunded as this kind of fraudulent activity needs to be stopped before someone else is defrauded of their hard earned money. Not to mention I’m a veteran and had to spend Memorial Day weekend without AC also had to mis work that Wednesday because they ignored my calls on Tuesday so had to meet a tech with a part that was not needed on Wednesday so today I’m out of 685. 00 and I’ll have to purchase a new AC unit but not from these guys. This company is not trustworthy and has no problem with stealing your money. Buyer Beware!!!
