Carolina Climate Control will price gouge. Will not give itemized statement as requested. Do business on flat rate only. Trustworthiness is questionable and costs is always high. Would not recommend this company

Thanks for the great service and experience. Got a text that Mel was on the way, he called me very shortly and was extremely informative and extremely personable.

Used to have a contract for regular maintenance but ended up canceling after a botch dehumidifier install twice. Terrible with follow up and communication. Turns out the dehumidifier was installed completely incorrectly to the point where we had to have another company come out and fix it due to the lack of response from the company and poor management. 10/10 do not recommend.

Can’t speak highly enough about this company. Admin staff was responsive to our needs and communicated proactively. Lee came to perform a large amount of work on our air handler- he was professional, courteous and considerate. He communicated clearly, his workmanship reflected careful and deliberate effort, and his obvious technical experience and knowledge was of high quality and particularly valuable to me. Thanks to the whole team and special kudos to Lee!
