  I am so very impressed with this company. Their level of care and attention to your satisfaction is just a remarkable reminder that good business still exists. From our contractor, Kevin, to the installer, Trent, the level of expertise was unmatched. We had a total house water filtration system installed in my mother’s home in Santee and even though the house is dated and the treasure of a senior citizen, they took care of things as if it was a brand new house. I had contacted 3 other companies before this company came. Two of the companies sent estimates without even visiting the property; one company came and was there for about 15 minutes and quoted an estimate without even seeing the water. That company made me feel like it was a bother to them. But when Quality Life Solutions came out, they were punctual, they tested the water and told me the water’s status, they looked at the water’s access into the house; the well and pump, and any other factors that involved the water. Then with the install- remarkable!! The installer was just as attentive to the minor details. They built a trust that is unmatched. So if you are thinking of a water filtration system, this is your company. Yes, it is expensive, but worth every penny to know that your water is great water and that you are not ingesting something that could cause harm to your body. Make an investment that will ultimately pay for itself.

  Quality Life Solutions has always provided great maintenance service for the filtration product they installed. Their communication is great. We receive reminders when it's time for maintenance. We get emails when the weather is going to get unusually cold for the midlands of SC . The email provides hints for keeping your pipes safe from a freeze. That is really appreciated. Their tech Brian just serviced our system this morning. He was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Thanks Brian ! Highly recommend this company.

  Jason came out to our house to perform a water test, verify DHEC findings, and make sure we understood the correct system needed for our home. The evaluation was extremely through and he took the time to make sure we understood the make up of our water. We have yet to purchase a system, and not being pushed to make a decision, but confident in the findings and have all the info we need to make an informed decision.

  We recently had a water softener and reverse osmosis system installed, and honestly, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Kent, the salesperson, was great to work with, he took the time to walk us through different options and helped us figure out what made the most sense for our home without making it feel like a sales pitch. The installation was within 1 week! The difference in our water has been huge. Our hard water was honestly terrible before, and now everything feels so much better, softer water throughout the whole house. The reverse osmosis system has probably been the biggest quality-of-life upgrade. We used to have to drive out just to fill up jugs of water, and now we have access to it right in our kitchen. Overall, we’re really happy with everything and would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with hard water or thinking about making the switch.
