  They were absolutely wonderful they answered every question I had even the stupid ones but never made me feel that way Kent Cales the filtration man was very understanding and help me and my mother figure out the best solution with our financial issue with trying to buy a new softener I would suggest anybody that needs help with their well and softener to definitely call them they will go out of their way to stop and make you understand what's going on with your well and softener and make sure it is done right we are so so satisfied with the way we were treated and the way he was so thorough with his job thank you so much Kent Cales and Quality Life Solutions you are definitely sent from God to help people that really need clean water I would definitely suggest anybody to please call them they were definitely help you out in any way they can God bless everyone in this company blessed and guide their hands mind and bless their families may God protect them all thank you again so much looking forward to seeing y'all again🤗🙏🏻✝️♥️

  Amber is absolutely amazing! Her customer service skills are exceptional, and she always goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel valued and taken care of. She is friendly, professional, patient, and truly cares about providing a great experience. It’s clear that she takes pride in what she does.   I had a great experience working with Breanna Livingston. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. Breanna went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I was happy with my experience. Excellent customer service and a great attitude. I would definitely recommend Breanna to anyone looking for a saleswoman who truly cares about her customers!

  This is the first time that I have been really disappointed with Quality Life Solutions. Several weeks ago, I tried to schedule my maintenance appointment and the person scheduling me talked about a certain date after I got back from out of town. We never settled what time on that date so I was going to call them yesterday afternoon and the service guy just showed up in my driveway about 3:30 pm. They sat in my driveway for 30 minutes. Finally, my husband had them come into our house. He spent time checking things and then suggested that we spend $1200 on new carbon filters even though the system is working well at this time. He could have told us your filters are getting old and you will have to replace them in near future. Then there charge for checking my system was $400. I think that is a lot of money and I’m not sure if that was for checking the system. He did tell us our chlorine was low so my husband remedied that. He told us to use 3 gallons of bleach and we had been told 1 gallon of bleach previously and to check the level at least one a month. The visit charge comes up to $200 an hour because he was hear around 2 hours. I am not happy.

After receiving incredibly inflated quotes from a national franchise brand, and another local alternative, for our private well water system, working with Quality Life Solutions was an absolute breath of fresh air. They saved us considerable $ out-of-pocket while delivering top-tier, commercial-grade equipment perfectly tailored to our home. A huge thank you to Kent, our sales representative. He took my call on a Sunday and managed to juggle his schedule for a visit and consult for the following day. Kent kept us informed on his ETA through the day and arrived as expected in the window of his original commitment. Kent conducted a thorough water test and walked us through the exact solutions we needed (Evolve ES-1054 softener, Big Blue filter, and Icon 2000 RO system). There was zero pressure, no corporate sales gimmicks—just direct, honest feedback, raw facts, and clear answers to every single one of our questions. The installation process was equally impressive thanks to Dillon, our installation technician. Dillon was incredibly meticulous, taking his time to ensure the entire plumbing layout was flawless. He even swapped out our kitchen faucet perfectly. He answered all of our questions on-site and was patient enough to let us video his system training walkthrough so we have it for future reference. If you are on a private well in the area and want a local team that prioritizes transparency, flawless craftsmanship, and fair pricing, look no further than Quality Life Solutions. We couldn't be happier with our decision!
