Maybe I should have asked pricing at that call but nothing had been mentioned during the call. Poor tech had to see my shock and dismay, lol

Our original appointment date for repair was the following Tuesday, but we were able to get a sooner appointment for Sunday morning. Jeremy arrived from PECO. He was very professional and courteous, and very knowledgeable, as he had diagnosed the problem with our unit and repaired it in less than an hour. We were very grateful! Unit has been running well since.
