  Called for a plumbing service. Guy came out was super nice, but told me my clog was too far down, and I needed a jet service. Fair enough, but then they charged me100 bucks. I get a service call, and I would have paid 400 to have it fixed, but yeah.. kind of bull shit.

  Peco Heating & Cooling has been my guaranteed go to. They are always helpful, prompt and professional. Jeremy was here today, he was wonderfully plesant, very thourough and Informative. I would highly recommend Peco. 5 Stars

  We have family visiting and our water heater went out their second day here. It is a specialty direct vent gas unit and the box stores do not stock them. We were looking at a minmum of several days to weeks to get a replacement. I called Fort Hill and they did have one. PECO sent their technician to pick it up for me in Easley and installed it the next morning. There were a couple of differences between the unit exhausts and he made adjustments and got us back with hot water that evening. We are all very appreciative of the fast response from PECO.

  We have an upcoming project that involves plumbing and electrical coordination at two different addresses and from the first phone call we knew we were dealing with a great company. Joey came over to survey our ideas and vision and was very professional and knowledgeable, and had great ideas to make the project/s come to life. We look forward to getting started with the PECO team!

  I've been doing business with PECO since we moved to the area 10 years ago. They've done plenty of work for us; replaced HVAC system, installed tankless water heater, plumbed the lines for natural gas installation, installed power bypass for my generator to run the house during power outages as well as regular maintenance. PECO has been reliable and steady. My mother-in-law lives with us now and is in poor health. Recently, our HVAC system stopped running and we called to get them out. They shifted the tech's schedule around to make sure our HVAC system was back up and running the next day. The thermostat had stopped communicating and although it wasn't cheap, Jeremy had us up and cooling less than 24 hours after the initial call. I'll keep using PECO as long as we are in need of such services.
