  Jason did our maintenance today and he was so professional and did a great job. I even saw him cleaning off the case over the unit with spray and wipes! Never dark has exceeded our expectations in general. Highly recommend this company for anyone who needs a generator or needs their generator serviced.

  I purchased a new Kohler generator from Never Dark a couple years ago. I wanted to share that my experience has been great! Their service has been awesome! I signed up for their Silver Maintenance Plan which has been great also! I recently had my twice a year service which was performed by Jason. He was outstanding, very professional, thorough and great to talk to. I have been very happy and I highly recommend both him and Never Dark for any generator needs. Keep up the great work Never Dark! :)))

  I greatly enjoyed my experience at never dark. I think the prices are good, and the technicians and installers are even better. Bailey Lewis is very knowledgeable and was a great help. 10/10 experience!
