  I purchased a new Kohler generator from Never Dark a couple years ago. I wanted to share that my experience has been great! Their service has been awesome! I signed up for their Silver Maintenance Plan which has been great also! I recently had my twice a year service which was performed by Jason. He was outstanding, very professional, thorough and great to talk to. I have been very happy and I highly recommend both him and Never Dark for any generator needs. Keep up the great work Never Dark! :)))

  I greatly enjoyed my experience at never dark. I think the prices are good, and the technicians and installers are even better. Bailey Lewis is very knowledgeable and was a great help. 10/10 experience!

  Moses just completed the one-year maintenance visit that came with purchase of our 26kw Generac AC generator. He was so nice and helpful and answered many technical questions very clearly. The fact that Never Dark has people like Moses working for them makes us glad that we recently signed up for their Silver maintenance plan for future visits.

  Dillon Williams is a very professional and outstanding generator professional/technician. He is extremely conscientious, always respectful and very knowledgeable in all aspects of generator repair.
