  I've know the owner previously,as he was a General contractor who had done work on a house that a tree had fallen on,and he totally replaced everything with such accuracy,and workmanship that I haven't seen down here in South Carolina,he had a totally a different work ethic,one like myself,as a businessman from the Northeast.He then told me he was getting into the generator business,and if I'd be interested, the I've him a call.At the time we we planning on building a brand new home around the corner and after living here a few years realized the importance of having a full house generator,so when we built our new 2800 sq ft home 4 bed 3 bath,etc,the very 1 st thing I said to my wife is that we must call Steve,and get a full house generator,that was our priority,and so glad we did,after our 1st year here Hurricane Helene hit Hard,and our area was out of power for 7 days straight ,BUT the MIGHTY GENERAC NEVER QUIT!!!that alone was worth the cost,our neighbors stopped by for coffee,etc.So then we bought an income property a few doors down,and the 1st thing I thought of was installing a Generac,I was told by everyone that I shouldn't invest that kind of $$into a rental property,but as a Christian,and a father,we were renting to a family with 2 children,and I acwanted them to be able to be safe,in their own home,and besides it came with a 10 year warranty,and now that family has a "Peace of mind too"!!Ya can't buy a Peace o!!We Love Never Dark,and their great technichians!!!they are always there for you,God Bless Never Dark,and their Families"

  Shady. DO YOUR HOMEWORK! VERIFY a valid electrical license for whomever is doing the work. VERIFY who is installing--is it an hourly tech or the LICENSED electrician? VERIFY they permit and county inspect per NEC code and the LAW. DO NOT TRUST the salesman--he isn't a licensed electrician and cannot determine if your home's electrical system can handle a generator install. I am speaking from experience.
