  10/10 recommend! Mr Polson came to my home on a Sunday to fix my AC! He came in & fixed my AC problem quickly! I appreciate him coming out on a Holiday Weekend & replying to my message through Facebook so quickly! I highly recommend Polson’s Heating & Air!

  Tracy got back with me on a Sunday morning where our Thermostat crapped out. He was out our way right away and worked through all the different possible issues we could be having. His prices are fair especially for a Sunday emergency and it's thanks to him my fuzzballs were able to rest easy without burning up in this summer heat Thank you so much!

  Contacted them last on a Thursday and they said they could come out that evening. We chose to wait until the following day due to plans which the owner arrived promptly and was providing updates the entire time about when he will arrive. He came out and added Freon after we already spent money two times for another business to come out. He did a courtesy check of the lines and identified a leak that the other individuals never found. They conducted a permanent repair quickly and the price was extremely reasonable. Found our new AC / heat repair business and never looking back at the past one that charged over $600 for literally no repairs.

  Highly recommend Polson's Heating and Air LLC! They provided exceptional, professional service from start to finish. The team was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s hard to find honest and reliable HVAC contractors these days, but they truly went above and beyond to make sure our system was running perfectly. Five stars all the way!

  Tracey is incredibly responsive and does his best to get to your residence as soon as possible, which in my case was the same day. He always comes through for us. I trust his knowledge and expertise in knowing how to properly diagnose and repair our unit. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Polson. Thank you, Tracey!
